Safeguarding Policy

Re:new Church is committed to the safeguarding and protection of all children, young people and adults and affirms that the needs of children or of people when they are vulnerable and at risk are paramount.

As a community within the Methodist Church of GB we have adopted the safeguarding policies and procedures of the national church and oversight with regard to those policies is provided by the local circuit which oversees the activities of a group of local churches. Every member of leadership team undertakes Safeguarding training every four years and our policy is reviewed annually
